The phone I recieved was in better condition than stated, unfortunately there was a problem when it came to charging. I got in touch and told them what was going on, they were happy to issue me a refund. Though I did receive a damaged phone the company was a dream to work with, they were quick to respond and efficient.

My second defective phone from this seller. The phone had a screen that wasn't adhered below the glass properly. It crackled when you pressed on the screen. Also, something was broken internally as it wouldn't pair with the S pen. I tried multiple pens and went through T-Mobile support. They confirmed a problem with the phone.
The company manager was supportive and took responsibility. Because of his response, I would buy from this company again.

Perfect condition, updated to android 10 when i got it. runs like a charm. thx again

edit: after about a week of use the phone will no longer unlock. I can't factory reset the device because it won't go into the bootlauncher. Pretty upset by this because I thought my phone woes were finally over but I guess they're not.

The iphone 6 doesn't hold a charge because the battery health has a max capacity of 78%. Also the home button is loose so just resting a finger on it will cause it to bring the screen down half way. Touch ID doesn't work as well. I would like to send this back but seller didn't respond.
