The first phone I received would not work on the wifi. The second phone froze after turning on and would not function at all. Do not buy from this seller - he sends defective products. I was issued a full refund, but the whole ordeal took three weeks of my time.

No offense to anyone but the product runs horrible. The phone is having difficulty opening apps, texting, connecting to WiFi. The phone is slow and I've been in touch with Google and my provider trying to fix it. I am wondering how to go about returning the phone.
