seller sent me a broken phone, had to have it serviced to get the jammed sim card slot to open. Then realized the phone was a prepaid phone and could not accept Sprint services. I had to return it for a refund, did get a refund, but a complete waste of 3 weeks of my time.
Phone arrived with issues. Refund received promptly. Great experience!

When I received the phone it was all in working condition however I can't use it. A window keeps popping up saying u need to pay the remaining balance. So apparently for me to be able to use the phone I have to pay the last owners payment.
