Decently quick shipping. Had to change out the SIM card but that was on Sprint, not on the seller. This device does need a particular charging cable that is not compatible with normal USB, but again, not the seller's fault. In great condition, with no problems, with everything necessary in the box and came well wrapped and appropriately shipped.

I have received the device, but am unable to activate due to needing a new SIM card. The item arrived in condition as advertised. It was sent in a timely manner and the seller has been very responsive to correspondence.
