I usually ignore bad reviews thinking, "I probably won't have a bad experience like this other user." I was wrong in this case. I bought from user ONLY because I needed device in one day and seller claimed it would be here by then. Device was not received on time causing great difficulty for me. Communication was non-existant during this time. Seller did refund the markup after I complained but it was too late. Seller refused return for refund. Keeping the device, because I don't have time and energy to go through Paypal to get a refund.
The device is as described, but probably closer to fair condition than good. A bit overpriced. Overall just not a good experience.

Phone was as described, packaging was good and shipping speed was acceptable. Felt like I was pulling teeth to have a question answered, but the sale itself was good.
