Item was not received as advertised. Seller was minimally responsive and unwilling to help resolve the issue. Ultimately the item was returned for a full refund only after proceeding through Paypal's dispute resolution process, despite evidence provided to the seller that the product violated their terms of sale.

Good evening, My name is Leland Thomas, I did make a purchase of the IPhone 6s Plus mentioned herein. upon receipt of said item I did preform all of the necessary steps to switch the old SIM card to the new phone. upon powering it up the screen did not react to the touch immediately so I gave it a few mins. later the phone seemed to function normally, but upon moving from screen to screen (swiping right to left ) the swiping process would stop in between screens and freeze! I did try to continue swiping and the phone did not react! Later as the phone sat, I did access it and attempted to text, in which during the texting process the keyboard went blank showing no letters at all, however seconds later the keyboard did re-appear w/ letters and such, it took about 2 1/2 minutes to complete the text message. Using apps and texting the phone would appear to "lag or Be Lagging and or sluggish". When trying to make a call the main screen would not open up to either answer or to make a cal
