Beware, stay away from this seller! purchased two refurbished phones from this seller, both phones have issues that keeps them from being used, seller referred me to LG which won't honor swappa sales for warranty repair, and won't exchange or swap them

Great transaction, great seller. No hassles. Phone was just like the listing said - brand new, 64 GB, never activated. Highly recommend seller.

Communication was a little spotty at the beginning, but the device arrived reasonably quickly (considering the holiday) and it was exactly as described. Overall a very good transaction.

Knocked off 1 star because 7 days from order to deliver is not "fast shipping". Even if you take away the holiday that did fall in those 7 days, 6 days is not "fast shipping". And even if you count the fact that I placed the order relatively late at night, 5 days does not count as "fast shipping". Other than that, everything was as described.
