Seller was quick and item came just as described. Unfortunately, I need to return because it is not compatible with necessary network. Would 100% purchase from this seller again.
When I went to activate the phone Verizon had an IMEI warning of "non pay". To remove this from the phone so it could be activated it took two trips to Verizon and a total of 4 hours on the phone. All other aspects were as expected. This was my first time having issues, but it was a big issue.
Phone arrived quickly, in condition as per listing.
Phone came and performed as advertised 100% satisfied.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
