Arrived exactly as expected
For some reason, my carrier couldn't get the phone to activate on my plan, but the seller was awesome! They shipped when they said, it arrived on time, and it arrived in the condition they promised. For those reasons alone, I recommend them! Sadly, I had to return the phone, but they were helpful and communicative during the returns process.

Horrible customer service. Phone worked for 2 days on the AT&T network before it got locked out. AT&T says it was either stolen or the phone was messed up.
Had already put a screen protector on the phone so I lost money on that and then had to also pay for initial shipping which was not reimbursed. Overall bad experience and do not suggest this seller.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
