Arrived in great packaging had 97% battery and started right up. Just as advertised. The color is more pearlescent than gold imo. But i could care less about color. The s8 active is the last of a great line of phones i have no clue why they stopped making them. This purchase is a backup for when "Timex" my current s8 finally does die. I have never used a case on it. Its dropped or falls out of my shirt pocket 3-5 times a day. most of the coloris worn off but as i said I DON'T CARE. Function over fashion without carrying a cinder block around. Fyi i still have my s4 and s7 active and both still work. Just didn't have the processor and storage space. They probably figured that they made them to goodcand people were not upgrading fast enough. Thanks Swappa.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
