When I ordered it in "good" condition, I was half expecting a beat-up phone that had multiple issues. I was pleasantly surprised that the phone came like new. Not a single scratch, average battery health, takes calls and connects to wifi just fine. No complaints.

High quality, no scratches. There was a small fold in the screen protector in the middle of the screen, but wasn't super noticeable unless you held the phone up at a certain angle.
It's a great phone, everything powers on and looks good. I'm not going to set it up until I get my new case, but I believe I'm going to very happy with this. Thank you!

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
