Listed expedited shipping upon request. When requested, was denied and told cant ship expedited even though the listing clearly stated they would. Shipped standard and because of limited communications, I barely received the phone before I left for a two week trip. If you need ASAP do not buy here.
Phone is as listed, perfect condition and in good working order.
I purchase an iPhone, that arrived in a timely fashion, and looked in the physical condition as promised-- but a crossed wire caused the wrong phone model to be sent. The seller was prompt and courteous when responding to my queries, and processed a return and refund very quickly. In the end, even for a sale that didn't work out, it was still a positive customer service experience.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
