I purchased a phone from GM Deals on Swappa because they sold the most phones with a solid 5 stars. At least at the time when looking for a mint S24 Ultra. I was not disappointed when a minor issue creeped up. They were very helpful and solved the problem fast and I was so glad I pick them rather than other companies that hadn’t sold as many. I highly recommend them. I never felt like I was playing Russian roulette with them like I did with other sellers on eBay or Amazon.
transferring to my carrier was days of effort only to find that the phone isnt cut off at the previous carrier.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
