Update II: The replacement watch is glitching due to touch hypersensitivity + insensitivity and is unusable. I'm questioning the quality of these refurbished watches. I'll update this review depending on the seller's response.
Update I: I sent my bricked watch in (had to pay shipping), and a new refurbished watch was sent my way. It looks good and appears to function normally.
Original: Watch was in great shape. After 1 month it bricked. No known cause. I have asked seller for a replacement. I will update this with their response.
Amazing sale, and incredible seller. Everything was packaged wonderfully, safely and professionally---I was blown away. I even received a new charger! Overnight Orders Placed past 12 PM will be shipped next business days.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
