Ended up returning phone, was not working with service provider. 4 stars as seller was very responsive throughout and also ended up refunding the entire amount quickly.

Phone shipped and received very quickly. I did have to provide my own sim card, so I recommend the seller note if phone needs a sim card. The phone activated on an existing Spirnt network as a replacement phone with no hassles.
