Seller said one-day shipping, but phone didn't arrive until a week after purchased. Otherwise product appears as listed.

Update: a year after purchase, I asked AT&T to unlock my phone and they informed me that the original purchaser has not yet paid off the phone so I cannot unlock it. I have no idea who is responsible for paying the installment plan or how to contact them about their payments. Incredibly frustrating.

Received an item which was not the one I had ordered. Seller stated that it was a shipping error and that mine and another buyer's phones were sent to incorrect addresses. Seller provided a return label and stated they would ship the correct phone to me.

Seller stated I would receive partial refund as compensation for the hassle, which I have not received.

Also, battery in the phone appears to be failing. Phone will power itself off at ~43%.

Fair price, but not sure was worth the hassle.
