Overall, I had a mediocre experience with this seller. The phone took longer than expected to ship. When it finally arrived it was still locked through the Apple ID of one of their technicians (they didn't let me know this until I shipped it back). The seller agreed to refund part of the sell for the inconvenience and I'm happy with the final product I received, but the process took far too long due to mistakes on their part.

Superb seller and hope to do more buisness thank you very much!

fast delivery and phone came exactly as described.

Device received as described. There was no communication from the seller or swappa after exceeding the stated policy of two business days after payment was posted until I commented here.
The seller did however overnight the product after realizing the communication error to ensure I received it within the normal expected time frame.

Other than the initial 'not hearing from them for two days', they wrote and explained the person who handles the shipping was having some problems etc., but then they shipped it overnight for me, thank you!
