As someone who tends to be skeptical, I was a little worried about this transaction at first since the seller didn't have many reviews and the price for the phone seemed to be suspiciously good given its condition. Still, I decided to take the leap and buy before somebody else did. Turns out it was a steal after all! Item was shipped within 24h and arrived right as I was leaving for my shift at work (talk about perfect timing). Seller was very informative and answered my questions thoroughly, which was definitely a plus. Beyond that, this purchase made me trust Swappa as a serious website rather than a possible scam, which means I'll definitely be purchasing more items from here.
Bottom line is: If you are an average buyer looking for a trustworthy seller, I can personally vouch for this one! And no, I'm not a bot hahaha I just genuinely have nothing negative to say.

Return & Refund Policies
At JFA Warehouse, we stand behind the quality and functionality of the devices we sell. Our return policy is as follows:
Defective or Misrepresented Items:
If a device arrives with a functional defect or condition issue that was not disclosed in the original listing description, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item has been returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
All such issues must be reported within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.
Buyer's Remorse / Non-Defective Returns:
Returns requested for reasons unrelated to defects or listing inaccuracies (e.g., changed mind, wrong model purchased, etc.) will be subject to a 12.5% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping in these cases.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no alterations, iCloud/Find My iPhone locks, or damage caused post-delivery.
