Fast shipment, product is ok but can be better considering the condition that I choose, but still the product is nice thank you

Although my experience hasn't been as stellar as I had hoped. The seller is quick to ship, respond to feedback and has overall good customer service.

The primary issue is with the camera not being able to do .5 zoom. Upon receiving the phone, I discovered that the original Apple camera had been replaced with a non-Apple component. Although the camera issue was disclosed, it was a disclosure I did not notice.

I would advise buyers to thoroughly check the phone description for disclosures. To be frank, I would discourage buyers (and sellers for that matter) to avoid non-Apple cameras. But this is just my opinion.

JFA warehouse allowed for the phone to returned and the refund was processed quickly.

In short, JFA warehouse is small, fair and honest business. Although my purchase was not what I expected, JFA warehouse resolved the issue professionally and effectively. Sometimes it takes an imperfect purchase to discover a good seller.
