Phone appeared to be dropshipped from eBay judging by the box. I returned the phone before unpacking it though it seemed to be as the listing described. Refund fees were about 6% once everything was done.

I just go my iPhone in fact I’m using it right now but the problem is I can’t open the sim where the chip goes it seem to be glued shut I would like to know how to open it please?

Fast shipping, physically looks good but they replaced with a cheap 60hz screen. This feels like iphone 12 pro max than 13 pro max. Defeats the purpose of having it without 120hz.

Defective or Misrepresented Items:
If a device arrives with a functional defect or condition issue that was not disclosed in the original listing description, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item has been returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
All such issues must be reported within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.
Buyer's Remorse / Non-Defective Returns:
Returns requested for reasons unrelated to defects or listing inaccuracies (e.g., changed mind, wrong model purchased, etc.) will be subject to a 12.5% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping in these cases.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no alterations, iCloud/Find My iPhone locks, or damage caused post-delivery.
