The worst seller allowed in years to be allowed on this website. They sent me a defective repaired phone and sold it as mint them blamed me for their faulty repair and asked me to pay to repair their faulty phone that was listed in mint condition. Check their Amazon review before you buy from these crooks. He told me the cell phone was dropped without even seeing the iphone. We handle all our phones gently and Swappa should shut down this seller. F - complete failure. Appropriate action will be taken outside of this site. Worst experience ever. I've never left a negative feedback on Swappa before because it would always be taken care of. Avoided seller at all costs. Swappa is heading in bad direction letting low quality resellers with repaired phones on the site. I won my case through my credit card. This was a refurbished salvage phone not a mint phone by any means. If you don’twantjunk phone stay away. Swappa wants no part of holding these guys accountable and pawns it off on PayPal.
