Phone was in excellent condition! It's working very well and I appreciate everything that was included, as well.

Packaging definitely could have been better. It arrived in a weak box that was inside an extremely thin bubble wrapped mailer. The box was crushed in on arrival, but thankfully the phone and other contents were not harmed. For such an expensive item, would have liked to see much better packaging, but otherwise a great transaction. Thanks!

The phone doesn’t work as described, I would like to return this phone back to the seller. It shows unlocked in the description but even after troubleshooting with Apple they said it shows locked on there end. Upon asking for help from the seller they haven’t provided any support or information. I’ve requested a return.
