Wouldn't buy from this seller again and don't recommend it . Phone was listed as mint and mint means ZERO signs of use. The phone I received had a few dents on frame and signs of use . I would understand the miss categorization from a private seller but not from a seller that has made hundred of sales here.

Seller listed iPhone as Mint when it was in fact reconditioned by Asurion and had an aftermarket battery and screen. No requirement to disclose this information is worrisome on Swappa, which is why real pictures of the phone should always be required. However, the seller promptly supplied me with a return shipping label and refund upon receipt of the item. In summary, the listing was incorrect but the customer service was nice. So I will rate this seller neutral.

The battery blew up and broke the back screen. The camera was replaced with an off brand part.
