Beautiful near mint phone for the price of a good one.

I ordered a fair condition iPhone 12, but was also listed as “excellent working condition”. The phone was fair as expected with scratches/nicks/scuffs. But I turned the speakers all the way up and it was pretty clear that there was a light static noise coming from the earpiece speaker. I compared it to my old iPhone XR speaker and it was pretty clear there was some kind of mild damage to this top speaker. I asked to return and they let me and gave a full refund. Their customer service was very good and responsive, but I would be wary of the phone you get. Make sure to fully inspect.

Phone was wrapped with screen protector and was as described by seller.

The phone was shipped very quickly and came with an additional charger. Packaging was superb. Seller is excellent, thank you for a positive and smooth transaction.

Item was as described. There was one issue with item but when I contacted the seller, they made it right. They turned a negative into a positive and for that I am thankful.

I originally was happy with the phone the day I received it. But now that it’s the day after I noticed the sound isn’t crystal clear when watching videos, listening to music, etc. It sounds fuzzy for a lack of a better word. I tried shutting it down and it didn’t fix it. Nothing is blocking the speakers either. Not sure what happened as I didn’t have this problem yesterday. The sound was clear yesterday but now it isn’t and it’s really annoying….

I’d like to edit this and say that I do not fault the seller. The seller was very kind and understanding and immediately started the return process. I got a full refund one they received the phone back and I really appreciate how they handled this situation.
