Battery was used, although listings says all original parts. Seller explained that the parts are original (even if not originally with the phone listed). They were nice enough to reimburse some money for the inconvenience. Appreciate the quick response and accommodation. Thank you.

By far, Swappa is the mosted trusted website to purchase new and refurbished Iphones. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase of a purple Iphone 14 Pro 256 GB, Unlocked A2650 Refurbished Iphone( mint condition) from AMS Traders. Except for the battery power of 86%. Constantly recharging. I will have to pay for a brand new Apple battery but I guess all refurbished Iphone batteries are the original. I received one of the higher %'s at 86. Still way cheaper than spending $1500 on a new Iphone 16. Upon setting it up for me, my T-Mobile carrier told me you can't replace the batteries on a Iphone 14 Pro since they are "built into" the Iphone?? This is not true. APPLE WILL replace a battery with an APPLE battery on a refurbished Swappa Iphone 14 Pro for $99.
