iPhone 13 Pro that was described as "mint" and "all original parts" had malfunctioning screen from the moment it turned on. Screen flashing and vertical lines running down screen. I notified seller immediately. After I sent photos of the defective screen, I was told I could exchange for a different device. I told them no, I wanted a refund (per Swappa policies). When I mailed the device back and I noted it was delivered, I messaged the seller again for a refund. They said they would send another device to me. I again request a refund and had to involve Swappa staff/threaten to file a PayPal complaint. Only then did I get my refund. AVOID SELLER AT ALL COSTS.

I bought a 13 pro that was in pristine shape, only problem was Face ID did not work. Hard to test that without migrating your info first to the phone. I returned and received a full, prompt refund so customer service was great. I also ordered a replacement from the same seller which is working just fine.
