Phone was shipped on time and received in mint condition as advertised. The phone OS was Android 8.0 and it would not let me update to 9.0. There were several seeming SW bugs on the phone (would not receive group messages from iPhones and pocket dialing). I took phone to Samsung authorized repair shop, UbreakIfix, and they were able to force the OS upgrade to Android 9.0 which seems to have resolved the issues noted above.

Shipping Policies
- Phone ships same business day if bought by 3p PT; next day if bought after 3p PT
- Priority FedEx shipping included – 2-3 day guaranteed nationwide

Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns up to 14 days after the sale for any reason as long as the phone is returned in the exact same condition as delivered
- If there are issues with the (Cosmetic or functional issues), we will issue a return label
- If the phone is returned due to buyer’s remorse or any other reason, there will be $35 restocking fee + a 2.9% paypal charge that will not be refunded
- To return the device, you need to send a message on the sale page and get an RMA number and shipping address. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA #
- All devices returned must be free of icloud, find my iphone and user pass code locks. No return can be processed if the device is not reset to factory settings
