Phone received as advertised
This seller is a larger operation that offers great customer support after the purchase. The phone, unknown to us, was not paid off by the original owner and was only recognized 6 months after the purchase(Tmobile locked the phone). This seller happily offered a replacement phone. It arrived on time and helped resolve a very difficult situation (Tmobile wouldn't even work with us, thinking about changing carriers soon). This seller/company is the real deal. I'd think twice about buying from someone without great ratings and many ratings. There's definitely advantages working with a great team. 5 STAR SELLER FOR SURE!!!

- Phone ships same business day if bought by 3p PT; next day if bought after 3p PT
- Priority FedEx shipping included – 2-3 day guaranteed nationwide
- No shipping to PO boxes

Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns up to 14 days after the sale for any reason as long as the phone is returned in the exact same condition as delivered
- If there are issues with the (Cosmetic or functional issues), we will issue a return label
- If the phone is returned due to buyer’s remorse or any other reason, there will be $35 restocking fee + a 2.9% paypal charge that will not be refunded
- To return the device, you need to send a message on the sale page and get an RMA number and shipping address. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA #
- All devices returned must be free of icloud, find my iphone and user pass code locks. No return can be processed if the device is not reset to factory settings
