This is probably the third or fourth phone I've purchased from Swappa first time that I received a phone that didn't match the pictures that were presented.
Wasn't happy with the phone camera work. It stated in the sale everything was original parts, but the screen looked replaced with bold black frame around it and the camera took very low quality blurry pictures. Accidentally dropped my phone and couldn't return it to seller.
Phone was not in described condition but seller gave a small refund and option to return phone. Quick replies.

Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns up to 14 days after the sale for any reason as long as the phone is returned in the exact same condition as delivered
- If there are issues with the (Cosmetic or functional issues), we will issue a return label
- If the phone is returned due to buyer’s remorse or any other reason, there will be $35 restocking fee + a 2.9% paypal charge that will not be refunded
- To return the device, you need to send a message on the sale page and get an RMA number and shipping address. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA #
- All devices returned must be free of icloud, find my iphone and user pass code locks. No return can be processed if the device is not reset to factory settings
