Iphone was not in mint condition, had minor dents in frame and screen seems to have been replaced not with oem part but no message in settings.

Everything was as advertised, and delivery was very quick (being in the same city helps)
Phone keeps turning off whilst I am trying to start up. Advertised mint condition but there was multiple signs of wear and tear. "Good" condition would have been better. Also advertised silver got black.

Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns up to 14 days after the sale for any reason as long as the phone is returned in the exact same condition as delivered
- If there are issues with the (Cosmetic or functional issues), we will issue a return label
- If the phone is returned due to buyer’s remorse or any other reason, there will be $35 restocking fee + a 2.9% paypal charge that will not be refunded
- To return the device, you need to send a message on the sale page and get an RMA number and shipping address. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA #
- All devices returned must be free of icloud, find my iphone and user pass code locks. No return can be processed if the device is not reset to factory settings
