I cannot comment on the packaging as this was received by my sister as the entire family was scheduled to be travelling as different date but I left first.

Seller sold a lemon. Seller sold me a Note Edge with a bad screen that seemed as it had be poorly repaired. Dodged my calls and did nothing to help. I provided documentation and they tried to say they would help but all I ended up with was paying for a broken phone then paying to replace it equalling to the cost I could have bought it new. I received this device very quickly and exactly as described. Although I had some issues with activating it (due to Sprint) I finally was able to activate it when Sprint fixed their issues. Thanks TM!

Fast Shipment, Phone as described, Good Seller!

I used this phone for about 8 months with no issues until I visited UK in August. I got a pre-paid sim card and slotted it into the phone but to my greatest surprise and disappointment, the phone prompted me to enter the sim unlock code. It cost me 10 Pounds Sterlings to unlock the phone before use even though the seller said the phone was unlocked for all gsm. What a great lie!
