It was a smooth transaction and seller sent the phone promptly. They were very quick to respond to questions up until I purchased the phone. After the phone was purchased (but before shipping) the seller did not respond to any questions/comments. Additionally the phone box was not packaged well in the shipping box. When I received it, the phone box had moved around and opened and the phone was free inside the shipping box with no protection.

Phone is beautiful as described and was shipped fast. Only semi down side is no tracking was provided but it arrived so quickly I overlooked it.

AppleCare Plus was removed off Apple Watch a day after I received it. Took 4 days for seller to refund my money back.

Fast shipping. Condition of phone as described but packaging was horrific! The Iphone and charger were loose in the box sliding all around. They must have had one pc. of bubble around the phone and one for the charger and neither were taped so both came off. I will be getting the phone activated today so I see if everything works.

Three months after the phone was received, it was blacklisted by T-Mobile due to an insurance claim filed by the previous owner. The seller eventually returned $300 and promised to refund the last $100 after he received from his "supplier". Guess what? I never see that last $100.

The phone came on time and in better condition than expected. even though there were photos of it, i have been using the phone for about 3 hours so far and i have found no issues. Very good seller i would do business with them again

Zero stars would be more appropriate. The device was not as advertised. TM Communications was misleading in their photos, failing to include an up-close image of the camera lens, which was cracked upon receipt of the device. They refused to issue a refund for the device and simply denied and deflected responsibility. I was forced to open a claim with PayPal, who quickly decided in my favor and forced TM Communications to issue me a full refund. TM Communications is slow to respond, unhelpful, and irresponsible. Avoid this seller at all costs! They ship devices which are not as advertised!

Received the Phone as per schedule and as described. Only thing I didn't like was the packaging in which the phone was sent. It just had 2 poly bags like those from Walmart and the phone wasn't even in between those. The box was making thud sound because of the phone not in packaging. I expected a better packing when buying something of this price.
