He sold me an iPhone with repaired screen with out saying that in the description I noticed that 5 months later I contacted him he refused to replace the screen or refund the amount. This is a 100% dishonest and clear cheating.

never deal with him a gain

Seller uploaded 10 pics of the ipad. The pictures showed all sides of the ipad except the side where the ding was. Very deceptive. Gave the seller a chance to make it right, but I was ignored.

Numerous problems with the transaction. Shipping delays with excuses from seller. Did not provide tracking number. Did not receive all items described in ad. Seller eventually stopped responding to my questions about fulfilling the transaction. Packing of the phone was a loose piece of bubble wrap with the phone sliding freely in the box. Would not buy from again.

Seller sold a lemon. Seller sold me a Note Edge with a bad screen that seemed as it had be poorly repaired. Dodged my calls and did nothing to help. I provided documentation and they tried to say they would help but all I ended up with was paying for a broken phone then paying to replace it equalling to the cost I could have bought it new. I provided documentation since the beggining, but still months later they have done nothing to help. https://www.dropbox.com/sc/n1ui3adz8lw7dlc/AADRBwQ1ZYHbszdNwfV4iNYba

I used this phone for about 8 months with no issues until I visited UK in August. I got a pre-paid sim card and slotted it into the phone but to my greatest surprise and disappointment, the phone prompted me to enter the sim unlock code. It cost me 10 Pounds Sterlings to unlock the phone before use even though the seller said the phone was unlocked for all gsm. What a great lie!

AppleCare+ was refunded to the original owner. Beware when dealing with this seller.

Three months after the phone was received, it was blacklisted by T-Mobile due to an insurance claim filed by the previous owner. The seller eventually returned $300 and promised to refund the last $100 after he received from his "supplier". Guess what? I never see that last $100.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. The device was not as advertised. TM Communications was misleading in their photos, failing to include an up-close image of the camera lens, which was cracked upon receipt of the device. They refused to issue a refund for the device and simply denied and deflected responsibility. I was forced to open a claim with PayPal, who quickly decided in my favor and forced TM Communications to issue me a full refund. TM Communications is slow to respond, unhelpful, and irresponsible. Avoid this seller at all costs! They ship devices which are not as advertised!

So I was sold this phone which works fabulously [was shipped promptly] but comes with a permanent carrier lock. Someone might have tried to unlock it more than the allotted times and had gotten the device locked permanently. I only found out recently, months after having purchased it, because I too went ahead and tried to unlock it via a vendor from ebay, to no success. I am surprised the seller did not make me aware of this. Even more surprised that swappa managed to let a device like this slip thru into the market.

UPDATE: 6 months after purchasing a T-Mobile Note 4, found out the phone was IMEI blocked for non-payment. I contacted the seller who stated that it was a mistake and that it would take them 3 weeks for their "whole seller" to get the phone unblocked. Coincidentally, my ability to file a PayPal claim ended within 3 weeks time. I thankfully realized what was going on and filed a PayPal claim which resulted in a refund. It is now 6 weeks later and the phone is still IMEI blocked. DO NOT TRUST TM COMMUNICATIONS!!!

Delivery was prompt, but the phone that was sent was not the one that was advertised. Seller promised refund upon return of device. Seller never gave refund.

Shipping was prompt but the phone was not in the condition described. Seller said it was "mint" and "absolutely perfect". There were light scratched on the top half of the screen. Also, the phone shipped with a cover that replaced the back of the phone but without the normal phone back. This meant I was not able to use any other case since there was no back for the phone. I don't think that's acceptable for a "mint" condition phone and should have been mentioned in the listing. The seller offered to accept a return, but I didn't want the hassle. I'll just be out the $35 or so that I paid extra for a mint phone.

A rip off.

Bought an iPhone 5S and about 6 months later it got blacklisted. Tried contacting seller through here and never replied. Don't trust this seller.

Was not brand new, really poor seller. Ad read "fast ship" Didn't even send it on time said she had a business trip I got it 10 days after I bought it. Also came with generic headphones and charger, probably going to go buy a new charger tomorrow -_-. Think twice before you buy from this seller. Seriously

Many buyers have had a good experience with this seller, but watch out if you get something defective. Sure, if the seller has a good phone to sell, you will be pleased. But, I had a problem with a defective phone. "Wholesale Wireless" has refused to respond to me. Swappa itself has asked the Wholesale Wireless, repeatedly, to provide a refund. Seller has not responded to Swappa.

I had to file a PayPal claim (that could be quite lengthy) and seller has not responded to PayPal either. For a complete history of this sordid matter, including seller's calling me names, see: http://swappa.com/listing/XRT423/sale

Phone arrived and functions entirely as expected. I had no problems registering the device with the manufacturer as well as my phone service... That is until approximately 1 month later when T-MOBILE network locked my phone out of their network as the phone came up: "Illegally Sold". Tried to work with Wholesale for a resolution, but after almost a month of no response I was left with no choice but to file a claim with PayPal and try to get my money back. Really disappointing...

BUYERS BEWARE: seller sold me a bad phone which was blocked (IMEI blocked by T-mobile) after a month.

I’m very disillusioned with phone: -The charger isn’t the original. - In the upper corner is a hit. - The screen has many scratches. And according your description said "Great condition" and isn’t.
