Phone arrived as described. Seller was very polite, professional, and communicative before the purchase. After the sale there was unfortunately a period of no communication and delayed shipping/tracking updates, which honestly made me pretty anxious and nervous about the transaction. However, the seller was apologetic afterward, provided the tracking information, and the phone was ultimately delivered successfully. Overall, despite the communication hiccup after purchase, the transaction worked out in the end.
