Device was as advertised, but docking one star for lack of communication regarding delayed shipment and for a small unexpected small dent on the bottom left edge (can provide photo if needed). Device was purchased and paid for on a Saturday afternoon and was not shipped until five business days later on Friday afternoon, even though I was told on Monday morning that it would ship on Tuesday. I was then told later in the week that the seller was waiting for his new phone to arrive before shipping this phone. This is not a huge deal, but I only wish this was communicated on the original listing page -- then I could have adjusted my expectations ahead of time or made a choice to buy elsewhere.

Device exactly as described and works perfectly; was sent an LG USB charger and not sure if the USB cord is stock either. Communication from the seller during some PayPal and USPS hiccups we encountered could have been better. As a precaution, I would highly recommend shipping items wrapped in some form of protection (i.e. bubble wrap or newspaper stuffing). My device was shipped just free floating in the box; granted it had a wallet cover, it was still able to be jostled within easily. Seller also upgraded the device to Marshmallow prior to shipping. Thank you! I am overall very happy with the device; just wish the process could have been smoother; thanks to PayPal and USPS, not the seller's shortcomings at all!
