I just retired from a 43-year career in the trucking industry. I am concerned about the way that you packaged the tablet for shipment. UPS has a 150-pound weight limit, if a heavy package were to tumble onto your package it could have damaged it. I've seen it happen. All the best and good luck.

It came in brand new, originally I wanted to cancel because it wasn’t the size I wanted to get but the seller informed me that PayPal wound 100% refund me (which I did appreciate that a lot !!) so I was fine with settling.

Was slightly off put with them mentioning needing the money for bills loans and living expenses but regardless they where very professional!
