Sale process was fine. Wish I had known the phone was enrolled in the Samsung Insights program before I purchased it--otherwise, I would not have purchased. As a result, phone can't be factory reset and is in the program for one year before it becomes "unlocked."

Chromebook did arrive in great shape, though next time I would advise sending something in a box. It was a miracle the thing showed up in one piece with the package you sent it in.

The seller got the device to me in a timely manner, but I did have to fix a couple of things with the operating system upon receiving the device.

Fast shipping. Like another persons' feedback that bought from this seller, would be best to mention not adding box (or maybe our bad assuming this) but because you take pictures with the box it makes it seem like the box will be included. Also, more padding would be ideal. Luckily phone survived with just minimal bubble and padded shipper.

This is an edit to a previous post. The phone was in working order until 2 days after receiving it. Now this 'Mint' phone will not charge and will not pick up a wifi signal.

Very unhappy with this purchase. Over paid for a broken phone.

Good seller except for the way it was shipped... caused a star rating reduction. I would have preferred to receive my Padfone X in its original box that was shown in the listing photos, instead of just the inner open-faced tablet tray.

The tablet tray and loose accessories were placed in a USPS shallow-bubble envelope that was not very protective. Traveling from W VA to CA, it's a miracle the tablet glass was not broken.

I kind of feel slighted, because I would have like to have had the original box that was probably discarded. That mentioned, the unit is fine and the sale is completed. Something to remember for any future sales is to send what is pictured.
