I received phone on 6/4/2015 from USPS, Device fully functions as describes. Case DID NOT come, but seller included $5.00 in box towards new case and said the case cracked. Now... phone had dings and few scratches on bezel that wasn't described or pictured in his listing. Even though he listed it good condition. I personally think is should of been listed in fair condition. I should have asked that before I purchased item.
