Dennis was very helpful and kind. He sent me several extras pics of the product confirming factory sealing, because I told him I had a bad experience with a previous ebay seller, who was a scammer. A coworker received the package for me and send me over a picture, which seems to be matching exactly his pictures. He hasn't opened yet, because I want to have the pleasure of doing it. I will be unpacking and testing it soon, when I return to the office. But so far a great experience with my purchase and no problem at all. The delivery was real quick and he always answers me in the same day :)
