I bought a Note 10+ from this seller a year ago. I have discovered that the device has been altered and the IMEI does not match. The phone was listed as unlocked and associated with no carrier. That is not true. It was a Sprint phone that has been altered. This was not disclosed. The phone will not update. I trusted Swappa to vet these devices before allowing them to be sold and in the integrity of the seller. I paid $810 for a phone that won’t update and will not register to my Samsung account because the IMEI is not valid. Please check all the numbers and especially the IMEI. Do not trust the seller or Swappa to vet these products. Research the numbers and make sure they are 100% valid and associated with the advertised device. This was my first buy on Swappa and I am beyond disappointed with the results. I loved the phone and thought I got a good deal buying here… but with the incompetence of Swappa’s vetting and the deception/ignorance of the seller, I am left feeling like an idiot
