It took a lot of back and forth to get all the items. Headphones were not part of the original shipment, but I was able to get it sent later. Phone was as described, but not very fun to work with at times.

Phone was exactly as described. Shipping was super fast. Unfortunately the listing was for phone, case, extra battery and extra charger. I did not receive the case. I asked the seller to please send me a case or refund me 10.00 for the missing case. Instead of sending me the missing case the add clearly listed, the seller wanted me to send the device back for a refund. Since the shipping back was more then the cost of a case, not to mention I would be in the hole money after shipping. I decided to just keep it and cut my losses. All in all the transaction was smooth, but I feel like we could have come to a more amicable solution.

Suchet was very communicative and shipped the phone very quickly, as promised. The listing was listed as "new," but the phone/accessories did show some minor signs of use. Next time choose "mint" or "good" if you have used it at all. Other than that, Suchet was a great seller.
