The condition of the phone matched the listing and even came with a tempered glass screen protector already installed. Unfortunately, it was not unlocked for use on my wireless carrier as described. Michael was very responsive throughout the purchasing process and immediately offered the option of a refund upon return of the phone since I was unable to activate the phone with my wireless carrier. Overall, great phone, prompt shipping and quick resolution of the problem and issuance of the refund.
