Seller did not accurately describe item condition. I worked through the proper channels to attempt to come to a resolution, but the seller refused to acknowledge the misleading description. Seller became aggressive and snarky, rather than offering any help. Smart comments and poor service.were not appreciated. Swappa was of no help whatsoever. Beware of seller, beware of illusion of aide from Swappa.

Great service

Bought an iPhone 6s plus from this seller. Had some issues with imei being linked to another account, which was taken care of. The phone had dings which were NOT shown in the seller's pictures. Seller refused to provide a resolution.
