Phone arrived in functional condition; but was shipped in a cardboard envelope without any packing materials protecting it. There was a little bubble wrap in the envelope; indicating it was wrapped in this small piece of bubble wrap initially. However, the phone slid right out of the un-taped wrap and was shipped completely unprotected through the USPS. We were both very fortunate the phone arrived without serious damage. Please in the future, use padded envelopes and tape your bubble wrap around the phone to prevent damage.

The phone arrived as expected, but I got 0 updates on shipping. Took about a week for him to ship it and then 2 days to arrive. Fine, but I almost canceled the sale because of the non-communication.
