When I received the phone, it had a few chips on the back and was not in mint condition as listed. The seller did not notice them prior to shipping and believes they happened when he took the case off of the phone. Although the phone was not in mint condition, he was very reasonable and more than willing to work things out and we came to an agreeable resolution. Great communication throughout the entire process and very polite. Glad we were able to work it out.
