Seller was being unresponsive early when there was an issue, caused by seller putting in the wrong PayPal email. However, the issue got fixed within 48 hours. I decided to deduct one star due to insufficient packaging that was used for shipping the phone. All in all, seller was being very fair with the quality of the phone and the price it was put for sale. Great recommended seller!
