Liam was responded extremely quickly to all my questions, and I think actually shipped the phone within about an hour of my placing the order. When the phone arrived, there was a subtle but definitely real problem with the microphone at the top of the phone. I talked with google support, who would only consider an RMA if I had a scan of the original receipt and info on the original buyer. I reached out to Liam, who got me all the information very quickly (I believe he resells phones). Google accepted everything no problem, and in the end I got a brand new (refurbished) phone from google for a great price. Anyway, I think it's perhaps most useful to know how things go with a seller when things don't go right, and I was impressed with how professional and helpful Liam was.

I had to return the phone, and the seller handled the return graciously. How a seller handles a sale is important, but how a seller handles a return is much more telling about the quality of their customer service. From my experience, Liam is a fair and honest seller.
