Amazing price, amazing device ????

Seller failed to respond to repeated requests for a shipping update. Only after I filed a dispute with PayPal did she finally respond, claiming she didn’t receive the full purchase price amount. Seller obviously doesn’t understand that there are fees associated with selling items on Swappa that will impact the final amount she receives on a sold item. She could have immediately contacted me if she felt there was an issue with payment but, instead, ignored my messages until I contacted PayPal. I had to wait over a week for my $850 refund and this Seller gets a FAIL for refusing to give me the courtesy of a reply.
