Pro: The seller shipped the item quickly with all the accessories. The phone works well except...
Cons: The seller was not being honest about the item condition. We purchased a mint condition item but the phone comes with a deep scratch at the bottom of the screen and the paint around the volume button is flaked off. I took some pics immediately and asked the seller for a partial refund since I was expecting a mint device; the seller denied any damage on the phone and rejected the request.
In the end, I ended up keeping the phone not wanting to go through the hassle of returning and repurchase/setup. Hope this helps someone else when considering a purchase with the seller.
