Worst seller I've ever purchased from online. First, item was mis-represented. He claimed it had a noticeable scratch on the screen. When it came, it was a full on crack in the screen which is prohibited by swappa rules. When I confronted him and tried to get a refund, he refused to acknowledge the crack and continued to call it a scratch. Finally when swappa got involved he "agreed" to accept a return.

I filed a paypal complaint initiate the return and he responded with a resolution request to refund me IN THE COMMENTS. I didn't realize he didn't actually offer me a refund on paypal. I then, thinking he would send me the refund after receiving the phone didn't escalate the paypal complaint and they closed it.

I'm now forced to block paypal to stop them from withdrawing the money. Meanwhile, all communication from the seller has ceased.

Don't do business with this guy. He is straight up lying and cheating.
